Terms of Service
While I don't offer design services, I am here to bring your vision to life.To ensure I draw what you have in mind, please provide me with a precise and clear description of what you want drawn.
All clients must have accurate, consistent, up-to-date, in color references of their characters. I do not offer redesign services, and will draw the characters as they are on the reference currently provided, in my own style. Clients should as well provide all references to any subject (example: clothing) if they are important to the character or commissioned piece.
Depending on what needs to be done, the price changes. All prices listed here are base prices and may change if character(s) have elaborate details such as (but not limited to) tattoos, armor, magic effects, liquids, etc. Because of this, once the process has started, I frown upon deviations from our initial agreement/idea/description and may compromise our co-operation on future projects.
Alt versions are possible, and price depends on what needs to be done. Please state your interest in alt versions before we start so i can price it accordingly.
Your commission request will be placed on queue upon confirmation and scheduled. Payment can be sent immediately in full, or wait until your scheduled date is close. Delays or cancellations may compromise future co-operation. I do not do partial payment, or from multiple parties.
All payment is done via PayPal in US Dollars ($).
I allow Rush Orders, if urgent, by paying double, and I will work on your drawing during my free time to finish your pic asap.
You have my permission to share and upload the finished artwork as you see fit with proper credit.
Upon completion the client will get a full resolution image file as proof of authenticity and a lower resolution upload image file for online sharing.
I have the freedom and right to decline any job for whatever reason.
Refunds: Partial if job is in progress, full if I haven't started on it; minus the PayPal fees.
WARNING: Just because I am paid (or paid more for rush orders), doesn't mean I will put up with abuse or harassment of any kind. I treat all clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner, and I expect the same from my clients. Problematic and difficult behavior will get you a refund, blacklisted, and given a beware warning to other artists in the community.
The process
The commissioning process and working with me is rather simple:
Start off by sending an email to me (click on the email icon at the bottom of this page, under "Contact").
I will reply within 48h to the email provided in the form due to time zone differences, to confirm the commission, ask questions and inform you how much it would cost. If the terms are acceptable to you, we can schedule the commission and proceed.
Payment: I will send an invoice via paypal to the email provided.
Sketch phase: You will receive the commission rough sketch via email.
I will use your feedback to further refine the sketch. Any adjustment feedback you have should be done during this phase. Once the sketch has been green lit we can move on to colors.
Color phase: I will send you the drawing with base colors provided on your reference.
I will take your feedback and make adjustments as needed, if you wish some of the colors changed. If confirmed and green lit i will move on to shading.
Shading phase: Once shading is done, I will send you the image for a final check to confirm that everything is in order. I will do very minimal changes based on feedback for this stage.
Upon confirming that everything is in order, I will send you all the proper files and close the commission request in my queue.

All prices below are in US Dollars (USD)
